Returns

I accept returns of the homewares within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and packaged carefully for return postage.

I regret that I am unable to accept returns on framed artwork.

Refunds

Once your return is received, I will contact you to let you know that i have received your returned item and whether approved for refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or
original method of payment, within 14 days.
 

In the event that your product arrives damaged please contact debs@cornishpapercutart. I will replace any items which have arrived in a damaged condition. Please return products to: Debs Martin, Cornish Paper Cut Art, 11 Polmear Road, Par, PL24 2AN. I recommend using recorded delivery to return items and please remember to include a copy of your receipt along with your contact details.
